Located in the small town of Vodnjan (Dignano in Italian) this beautiful property consists of two freshly rebuild and redecorated town houses connected by an old stone
patio garden. It is a perfect mixture of modern esthetics with Istrian authenticity.
Sleeps 8/10 people, with 4 bedrooms and large living areas (+-400m2) along with private pool.
The big House (+/- 300m2) has 3 bedrooms on the upper floors. The first two are on the 1st floor and while the master loft is on the top floor (+/- 100m2) and
overlooking the Brijuni Islands National Park. On the ground floor there is a large living space with master kitchen and a big dinning table.
The small House (+/- 100m2) has one bedroom on the 1st floor, and the living space on the ground floor can be accommodated as an extra room. It also has
a small but fully functional kitchen.
In total there are 4 modern bathrooms with shower and wc.
Istria is the largest Croatian peninsula and is located on the northern part of the Croatian Adriatic coast.
It is known for its art of living since the main products of the region are olive oil, wine and truffles!
The climate is a pleasant mediterranean one with mild winters and warm summers. The town of Vodnjan is located
at its southern tip near the town of Pula (10km away).
According to a legend it was founded from a group of seven villas which were a part of Pula’s colonial property.
The village is located in an area of old traditions, built on the traces of prehistoric buildings. The center of the town maintains
its medieval look with tight streets swerving between houses with stone facades, old streets in the characteristic
Gothic-Venetian, Renaissance and Baroque styles, as well as numerous churches filled with memories and art works.
The town of Pula, approximately 10km away from Vodnjan, is known for its amphitheater which was constructed in 27 BC – 68 AD and is among the six
largest surviving Roman arenas in the World.

At home or 2km west from Vodnjan where the town of Fazana offers boat taxi trips to the National Park of Brijuni with its amazing untouched sea.
The actual tip of the Istrian peninsula is located 15km south of Vodnjan and is known for its national park Premature that offers a variety of landscapes,
pebble stone beaches that are absolutely untouched and bordered with beautiful cliffs.
15km eastfrom Vodnjan, one also finds many rocky bays overlooking the island of Cres.
